Part-of-Speech Tagger with HMMs

Artificial Intelligence

Python

Artificial intelligence program that assigns part-of-speech tags to words in a sequence with >95% accuracy (given proper training).


Trained and executed using Hidden Markov Models and a customized variation on the Viterbi Algorithm.

LIVE Competition

Junior Frontend Developer (May 2020 - Jan 2021)

Created services, components, and views used in the front-end of Blueboard, LIVE Competition's platform for running their annual national case competition.


Worked collaboratively with team members to create a fully functional platform to run the competition online this year (due to the COVID-19 Pandemic).


Completed assigned tasks in accordance with a weekly sprint.
